Terms of Service

1. The service

Agent Checkout Lab provides a standardized, one-time digital service that lets a customer or an authorized AI agent initiate a hosted checkout, complete payment, return to this website, and receive an AI Checkout Compatibility Report. The report contains the result status, test reference, payment verification status, evidence identifiers, and a downloadable JSON/printable copy. The service is a compatibility test, not a charitable donation, investment, financial service, or promise that any agent will work with every checkout system.

2. Eligibility and authorization

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may use an AI agent only with the payment account owner's explicit authorization. You are responsible for the instructions, permissions, credentials, and spending limits you give to an agent. You must not use stolen payment information, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass checkout, fraud, or security controls.

3. Price, payment, and taxes

The displayed price is the amount you select before checkout, starting at USD 1 and billed as a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Your statement may identify the charge as Creem or CREEM.IO.

4. Delivery and completion

The service begins immediately when checkout is initiated. A report is marked passed only after a signed Creem payment event confirms the expected product and paid order. The browser return can arrive before that event, so report delivery may briefly show as pending verification. Keep the Creem receipt, order ID, and private report URL as your purchase record.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for fraud, unauthorized purchases, money movement, or abuse.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Upload secrets or sensitive personal data in the optional test reference.
• Misrepresent test results as certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Results can vary based on the agent, browser, payment method, third-party checkout, network, and security controls. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agent Checkout Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or an AI agent. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

8. Refunds, changes, and contact

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and updated date. Questions can be sent to hyggeligracoon@163.com. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
