Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit Agent Checkout Lab or purchase a checkout compatibility test run.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Who we are
Agent Checkout Lab is an independently operated digital service available at agentcheckoutlab.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to hyggeligracoon@163.com.
2. Information we process
We may process the following limited categories of information:
- The optional test reference entered before checkout.
- Checkout, order, customer, product, and request identifiers returned by Creem.
- Masked checkout email, report status, report access-token hash, and report evidence.
- Support messages and the contact details you include in them.
- Basic technical information generated by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and diagnostic logs used for security and reliability.
3. Payments and Creem
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem collects the checkout email, name, billing information, and payment details needed to complete the purchase, issue receipts, calculate applicable taxes, and handle payment compliance. Agent Checkout Lab does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Creem's handling of this information is governed by its own privacy terms.
4. How we use information
- To create and confirm the checkout compatibility test run.
- To generate, display, download, print, and retrieve the compatibility report.
- To answer support, refund, fraud, or transaction questions.
- To secure, diagnose, and improve the reliability of the service.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment-provider obligations.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use Creem for checkout and payment administration, Vercel for website hosting, and a managed database provider for report storage. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
We retain support and transaction-related records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Payment records retained by Creem follow Creem's retention requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we control. You may also object to certain processing. Send a request to hyggeligracoon@163.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. For payment information held by Creem, use the customer portal link in your Creem receipt or contact Creem directly.
8. Children and policy changes
This service is not directed to children under 18, and purchases require authorization from the payment account owner. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows the latest revision.
